Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
Lecturer at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL), with the degree of Assistant Professor from 1993 to 2000, teaching the subjects of Obligations Law and Commercial Law.
Attended the Master of Business Law at Catholic University.
Has taken part in several national and international congresses on Commercial Law and International Law.
Mergers and acquisitions: advisor on tax matters arising from company acquisitions, mergers, public offers.
Estate management: consultant and advisor of family offices and subjects with significant estates.
International tax planning: provides general advice regarding foreign investments in Portugal (company and non-residents taxation), as well as regarding Portuguese investments abroad in the field of residence permits for investment.
Real estate transactions and project finance: advisor in tax matters and aspects in all fields, particularly those regarding (i) real estate acquisition and transfer, (ii) general estate development, and (iii) project finance operations.
Tax litigations: represents her clients in claims, challenges and other proceedings before Portuguese tax authorities and courts.
Commercial: advisor in the field of companies, company restructuring, consultancy to company administration bodies, chair of the General Assembly of several companies.
